In 2002, the company was reformed into a stock public limited company changing the name slightly to Shanghai Shengong Environmental Protection Co. Ltd. (SHSG)
Through more than ten years of hard work company has established its leading status in MSW treatment industry with a greater business scope including: municipal solid waste treatment; urban and industrial sewage treatment; special equipment development and production on environmental protection; renewable resources and clean energy development and utilization including Waste to Energy; environmental protection project consulting and/or implementation including feasibility study, technology design, bid proposal, investment mode, construction, operation, service; and large scale BT,BOT,BOOT,BOO integrated projects.
